Gayathri Purnima V

Gayathri is a Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development (CIPD) level 5 certified and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) graduate with a major in Human resources and analytics. Having worked previously for 4 years in one of the world’s largest IT services organisation, Gayathri was highly motivated when she played an active role in changing team dynamics and implementing better people practices improving productivity and loved being able to make a difference to her colleagues.

Managing and working across different teams, enabled her to learn how some people were very efficient in managing their teams, what is it that they are doing differently and how, bad people management can cost a lot to an organization. Her passion for HR ignited and she took upon an opportunity from her organisation to go back to college and pursue an MBA in HR. This opened up a door which led her to gain experience in various aspects of HR at different multi-national organisations.
